Hot Phiit Darien offers a unique "Hot HIIT Barre" class - a low impact toning workout. Hot Barre incorporates light weights and small movements to sculpt every part of your body. Class starts with an ab series warm up, then moves on to upper body, lower body, and glutes. This 55-minute workout also consists of stretching between every section to gently heal and lengthen your muscles.
